It might be comical if the consequences for women were not so severe. The current tenor of politics in the US is patriarchy run amok. The babies have taken over.
And I don’t mean babies, adult babies, sweet people who become my clients and I love. I mean immature men. The US, and therefore much of the commercial world, is being run by immature, weak, loser men who happen to have a lot of money.
A society which tries to put women back into a box, to shove us back into the Stone Age, is one which is lost.
The only person, male or female, who needs to curtail another person’s strength, or power, is one who lives in fear of that power.
We call prostitution the oldest profession in the world because it is. Women (and it is mostly women) sell sex because they are able to. There is a market for sex because for many men, it can be scarce or inaccessible. At least the way they fantasise about it. On tap, delivered by women who are hotter than they are.
The existence of this market is a byproduct of entitlement as much as anything else. “Men have needs” is so much self-flattery. Don’t believe it? What’s the orgasm gap then? Male entitlement to get off. And a man will “buy it” to be able to cling onto the fantasy that their needs, their hunger, are so urgent, so important, that it has to be buyable.
Of course, there is a better way to secure access to pussy. Marry it. Then she has to give it up for free.
That this is one-sided is beyond obvious. What needs restating is that women are more than half the world. And women have woken up. It makes sense. Even if you believe the biologically deterministic argument that women are baby factories, and that they need monogamous men to provide protection, a patriarchy no longer makes sense.
We have seen how global economic growth has been profoundly enhanced by women moving into the workforce. It is estimated that since 1950, 20% of total global economic growth is down to the participation of women in the workforce. Since 1970, in the OECD developed economies, it is thought that the entire increase in total household income is explained by women’s labour force participation.
Women have discovered the joys of having a career. Even more, women have enjoyed their independence. And women, are the future. We already are.
For every 3 men pursuing an advanced degree, there are 4 women. Equal pay for equal work is still not here, but the correlation between education and wages is real. And women know that and are finding their power. Once women bring in the bread, they discover they have a real voice. Being an indentured servant, and not the kinky kind, is not fun.
What else? Women outperform men and boys at every stage of academic achievement. Girls are nearly twice as likely to be in the top 5% of their class, whereas boys are 60% more likely to be in the bottom 5%. Once upon a time we lived in world that was brawn over brains. But this shift to brain-dominant has been happening since the Renaissance or before. Structurally, this means that women’s advantage is more important for the modern age. Cream does rise to the top.
Women clients
A woman who comes to me may be wanting to deal with things in her past. Trauma, feeling as if she was not enough. Or even loneliness. Or frustration at the inequality and injustice of living in modern society. It’s exhausting to fight on the daily. The re-enfranchisement of women lies at the core of my meaning. Who I am. Why I do what I do. How I try to live my life. A woman will find in me a total ally. I live to recharge a woman’s batteries, and to send her from my car with a spring in her step.
And please don’t think this makes me any less dominant. You will obey.
And there is something that I have which is sex magic. I am a trans woman. That means I exist in this liminal space between male and female. Yes, I have a pussy. No cock. But I had one. And as someone who has lived as both man and woman, and who has shared lived experience with both, in all ways good and bad, there is a unique gift I give to my clients.
I had a silly boy client who I pegged recently, and he said, “wow, you’re really good that,” and I’m like ‘yeah, I was married for long time, I have kids’…I did use it.
I know what my clients think because I ask. Women come to me because it is safe to explore things they might wish to explore with a man, without the fear of being with a man.
Men clients
Men don’t always get why they come to see me. They know they want to but aren’t always sure if it is something they want done to them, or something they hope to find in me, or themselves. I am scary to them. And than itself is part of what draws them to me. Being a man in this world can be hard, and some men find themselves all twisted in knots. Shame is one of them. The straight jacket. Men are suffocating. And to get out, they face social shame.
It’s difficult to promise liberation, but we will try.
My favourite way of working with men, whether on their own or in couples, is through chastity. Orgasm control is the first and most important step towards self-mastery. A man who learns to accept self-denial has an enormous social leg up on all the men running around in society with feelings of entitlement.
I don’t like incels, but can you imagine the agony? Can you imagine what kind of f$£$ed up logic it would take to twist a man into that sad caricature of masculinity?
This is why I am such an optimist about the tenor of the world today. It is pathetic. Laughably pathetic. It sucks especially for women and trans people. But we also get to witness the Fall of the Patriarchy. It doesn’t take much to see how disgusting and pathetic and puerile the men who are running the political show now. The oligarchs. The bros.
They all need mommies. Stern, hard, demanding mommies. And do you know what? We’re here. We are either shoring up women and supporting them, or we are re-educating men. And a locked man is a man one step closer to enlightenment than some perma-tan bro who thinks that being a man means throwing his weight around.
