We are reluctant participants in the debate because silence is self-harm. True allies engage.
This is my world. The shadows. Though born from privilege, being so highly visible also makes me profoundly aware of how thin the veil is.
What do I teach? Topics such as privilege, women’s rights, class, gender, sex and sexuality…these are all things that I live in ways that few people ever approach because they are central to my existence. It is usually women who are most drawn to this as the more usually curious and tolerant sex.

The Triad of Somatic Mastery
