Can you afford to not find out?
It may somewhat strange to the layperson, but the number ex-Dommes who become life coaches is remarkable. But for those on the inside, it makes sense.
For one, we’ve seen it all. The flavours of sexuality which cross our dungeon thresholds go far beyond tutti frutti. Most adults recognise that what makes someone tick sexually is a keystone to what makes any of us tick, period.
The sex drive is the most powerful drive in the. human pantheon after the drive to survive. It leads to joy, both short and long term, to purpose and meaning, to the illusion of not being alone. And the lengths that people go through to fulfil these urges, to the point of even committing crimes, shows how overwhelming a force it can be. You show me a man who just drove six hours to be with me, and I can guarantee at least half the drive was made with a hard-on.
We are not psychotherapists, but there isn’t a domme out there who doesn’t know her power to reshape character. Alchemy. Changing raw sexual energy into life goals. To be, to become. Not every domme chooses to wield this power, or work in this manner. But it is my bread and butter.
As an example, I don’t typically humiliate my clients. I love them. But someone asked me to be horrendously verbally humiliating to them. I did it, and I really enjoyed it too. But after, I held him and caressed him, and played with his hair, and said sweet things to him. A little of that was for me, but mostly it was for him.
My clients are by and large submissive. I don’t mean the pop-culture version of a submissive. I mean my version. My submissives are some of the strongest and most successful people I have ever known. They possess a quiet strength, an understanding that being devoted to someone else can also be a profound act of self-love.
Women who play with me, work with me, are no different, but their desires and needs are, how they express them, and where it comes from. I love working with women for the gentle complexity it brings to this work. And I have a much stronger sense with a woman that somehow our time together is helpful to them…the words are there, the evidence soon follows, and the repeat booking tells me what I need to know.
I don’t want a slave to come and hand wash my beautiful silk knickers because they might get off on it, and the service I am providing is to get them off, but rather, the habit of doing something for me, executed to a high standard, is both a kind gesture, but is also a salutary lesson.
Why would someone want coaching from me? I am referring to someone who might see my anyway…so is kinky.
For one, many people find it hard to talk to anyone about sex. So laden with shame. Many people won’t even talk to their therapists. But as a Sex Worker, and as a genuinely kinky person, I may not do what turns you on, but I’m sure at least one friend of mine does. In other words, no judgement.
My vanilla life helps to. The first time I became a CEO was at the tender age of 28. My first role as a CEO of a listed company came at the age of 32. Being a CEO, or advising them, became a habit. I’ve coached and guided some very ego-centric people who had no reason to listen other than their desire to better themselves, to improve the outcomes in their life. And while I didn’t this with them in my bed, or bound in my ropes, the parallels are there.
I will always spelunk into the deepest and darkest nooks and crannies of someone psyche when I am coaching them. Often, they will cry. So might I. My professional training and qualifications as a somatic therapist and reiki practitioner inform both my executive coaching life and my kink life. I can only show up as me…all that really changes is the lingerie.
The one area that is hard to teach as a vanilla coach, is not the “what to do” or “why”, but rather the “how”—and by that I don’t mean how to execute a plan, but rather how a person conducts themselves in their company. How they lead, how they manage, how they talk to people. Are they polite or are they rude? Vanilla coaches don’t go there. And even if they did, I suspect most senior execs wouldn’t pay any attention. But with a domme they sure do. And listen. And change.
Apart from the credible threat of punishment, or the even worse possibility of disappointing a domme, the motivation is understood and real. Clients, in other words, are willing to change when the sexual gets added to the mix. This is true of men and women both. Pleasing someone when your own desire is involved is intoxicating. And the more you do. it, the more you want to do it.
We can always session, but for this kind of relationship, a retainer makes more sense. Life doesn’t respect your next appointment to see a domme. Life is messy and real-time. Which is why having a domme coach on call is so helpful, and why a monthly retainer is the best way to see me this way.
What price do you put on your own success?
An Invitation
If you are here, something in you has already responded.
This is not casual booking, and it is not for everyone. I work with people who are curious, intelligent, and willing to take responsibility for what they want.
Those who wish to work with me do not request. They present themselves.

About Me
Mx Valentina is a feminist dominatrix, a trans and intersex woman, whose practice centres on ethical power exchange and the conditions under which lives reorganise themselves around purpose rather than shame. Her work is selective and relational, grounded in the belief that submission is not a role to be played but an orientation that must already be present. She works only with those who understand that access is conditional and authority is not negotiated. You can find my scholarly feminist writing on Substack and lighter pieces on Medium.
